Lava Cap Historical Landmark

Located in the Sierra Nevada foothills, approximately 60 miles northeast of Sacramento. Take Highway 49 north to Nevada City. Parking is available on site.

Free on-site parking available. Accessible parking spaces near the main entrance.

Nevada County Connect provides regional bus service to Nevada City. Contact us for shuttle options from downtown.
